Transit estimates are not guarantees. Delays can result from carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control.

Customs and duties

The importer of record is responsible for duties, taxes and compliance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Loss or damage

Claims must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery. Liability is limited to the lesser of the declared value or the limits set by the carrier or applicable convention. We recommend cargo insurance.

Prohibited goods

We do not handle illegal, hazardous or restricted items without prior written approval.
